Organizing my envelopes using Vault labels

The 'Labels’ feature has been introduced to Vault to manage envelopes with Zafer. This feature will be displayed within your ‘Vault’. 

 

  • Under ‘Labels’, Zafer provides the ‘My Envelopes’ parent Label by default. This contains all your envelopes along with their statuses, in one location. Any created Labels will display here as well. 

 

To create a new Label, 

  1. Select the ‘+’ icon. 

 

  • Provide a Label Name*. This is mandatory. 
  • Enable the ‘Select Parent Label option to select a parent Label from the dropdown. This list will display all your created Labels. 

                    Note: There will be no Labels displayed within this dropdown if you have not created any. 

  • Select a Label color from the colors provided. This is mandatory. 
  • Click on ‘Add’ to create the Label. 
  • The newly created Label will be visible under ‘My Envelopes’. 

 

  • By selecting the kebab menu, the ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’ options will be available.  
  • When adding envelopes to Labels you can follow the method below. 
  • Through Vault baskets, 
  • Select the required basket. 

  • Select the envelope/s that the label should be added to 

 


  • Click on the Labels icon. 

 

  • Select the required Label from the Labels drop down menu. 

 

Once envelopes are added to Labels successfully, a label with the Label name will display beneath the envelope name, in Vault.
