With Send Back feature, envelopes can be sent back to previous steps if there are any amendments required.
You will be informed via email if an envelope that you have Signed has been sent back to you again for amendments.
This envelope will appear with a ‘Send Back’ label within your Vault Inbox as well.
To complete this sent back document, please follow the instructions below,
- Select ‘Re-sign’ from your Vault Inbox.
- Any tools that require amendments will display a comment icon.
- Click on this icon to view the amendment details added by the user who sent the envelope back.
- Update your details as requested within the comment.
- Select ‘Next’ to submit your changes and send the envelope to the next step again.
