- Navigate to the Webforms tab on the top nav bar.
- Select ‘Create Webforms’ button in the top left corner.
- Upload the necessary file/s in the upload a document and click on ‘Next’.
- Add the steps needed for the respective document along with the configurations if any and select ‘Next’.
- In the webform creation, the first step will be set as a placeholder by default for the webform starting user.
- Add tools for each step and select ‘Next’.
- Provide a suitable name for the webform. The following details can also be added;
- Description – Add a description for the respective webform.
- Webform Link Expiration Date – Set an expiration date for the webform.
- Webform Due in (Days) - Set a number of days for the webform to be completed after it has been started by a user.
- After the necessary details are added select ‘Next’.
- The Web form link will be created.
- This link can be used to integrate the webform to a suitable website.
- Click on ‘Done’ and the webform will be added to the ‘Webforms’ tab.
